Product innovation and improvement
The Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation works via the Alícia Foundation and in conjunction with the food industry, artisans and entrepreneurs to improve and develop new products and processes that are healthier and more sustainable. Technical knowledge is created, which is then applied to develop the food solutions needed in the projects that the Foundation undertakes.
