Session on the Blanes coast
The session
This Saturday session looks in to:
- Study of marine biodiversity.
- Analysis of biological samples in the laboratory.
In this Saturday session, you will study in depth the marine and plant biodiversity of the Cala de Sant Francesc de Blanes. You will get to discover the secrets of its seabed while doing snorkel with professional biologists from the Xatrac Association. Moreover, you will learn about the main benthic coastal communities in situ, analyse their features and ecological status, and understand the importance of the conservation of marine biodiversity hand in hand with researchers of the Centre for Advanced Studies of Blanes (CEAB).
